Key Responsibilities



Plan and execute result-driven digital marketing campaigns for property launches, ongoing projects, and brand-building. Manage paid campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn

, and property portals. Optimize campaigns for

lead generation, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate improvements

. Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets. Manage and optimize

lead funnels

from digital platforms to CRM. Ensure high-quality leads by refining targeting, ad copies, and landing pages. Coordinate with the sales team for feedback and improve lead quality and follow-up workflows. Track conversions and support remarketing strategies to nurture warm leads. Develop and manage content calendars for

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter

. Create engaging property-related content including posts, videos, reels, testimonials, project updates, and event coverage. Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages in a timely manner. Coordinate creation of blogs, articles, project descriptions, banners, landing pages, and email campaigns. Work with designers and videographers to create high-impact real estate visuals and promotional content. Keep the company website and project information updated with latest information, offers, and project statuses. Optimize website content for

SEO

to improve organic visibility. Track and analyze performance across all digital channels using

Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards, Facebook Business Manager

, etc. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, ROI, lead flow, and website analytics. Identify gaps and recommend data-driven improvements. Study competitor digital activities, market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer insights. Research popular keywords, audience behaviour, and industry benchmarks to guide content and advertising strategies. Coordinate with digital agencies, designers, photographers, influencers, and media platforms. Ensure timely delivery of creatives, videos, and campaign assets. Negotiate with real estate portals and advertising networks for better visibility and pricing.

Skills & Qualifications



Core Skills



Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing

. Understanding of

real estate buyer journey

, local markets, and online property search patterns. Ability to create ad copies, optimize landing pages, and interpret performance metrics. Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) and experience working with content creators.

Technical Skills



Google Analytics, Search Console CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, NoBroker CRM, Leadsquared) Meta Business Suite Google Tag Manager MS Excel and reporting tools

Qualification Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, Communications, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in

real estate

or performance-based industries. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or digital marketing (preferred).
