Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of products, factory, installations, and events.
Design creative posts, reels, and stories for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling style across all digital platforms.
Coordinate with design and production teams for timely content updates and launches.
2. Social Media Marketing
Plan, schedule, and manage posts across all company pages.
Increase brand reach, followers, engagement, and audience retention.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics; suggest improvements.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
3. Advertising & Lead Generation
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn.
Optimize ad budgets and targeting to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads.
Coordinate with the sales team to track lead conversions and improve campaign effectiveness.
4. Public Relations & Brand Management
Manage the company's digital reputation and respond professionally to feedback.
Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media channels for PR collaborations.
Create digital press releases, product announcements, and brand stories.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track and report digital performance KPIs (reach, impressions, leads, engagement rate, conversions).
Provide insights and recommendations to management for growth and improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Digital Media or related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in product or manufacturing-based brands.

Cost per lead and total qualified leads generated.
