Role Overview:




We're hiring a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our performance marketing team. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in setting up, monitoring, and maintaining digital ad campaigns -- particularly on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
You will ensure that campaigns are accurately executed, consistently monitored, and always aligned with Webdura's campaign structure, creative framework, and testing strategy. You will work alongside senior executives who handle strategy, experimentation, and client escalations.

Key Responsibilities:



Campaign Setup & QA

Launch new campaigns with precision across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
Perform thorough quality checks to verify correct targeting, placements, budgets, tracking, and naming conventions.



Framework Adherence



Ensure every campaign aligns with the

defined campaign plan

,

ad account structure

,

creative construct

, and

testing strategy

outlined by the senior team. Verify A/B testing elements are implemented as scoped and documented.

Daily Monitoring & Issue Escalation



Monitor campaign delivery, performance trends, disapprovals, pacing, and anomalies. Flag issues (e.g., performance drops, creative fatigue, ad rejections) to senior team members in a timely manner.

Initial Campaign Analysis



Populate dashboards and trackers with performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Provide basic commentary or observations to assist in optimization reviews.

Creative Upload & Structuring



Organize and upload ad creatives, copy, and URLs according to the provided briefs and campaign framework. Maintain ad libraries and structured naming to streamline tracking and optimization.

Budget Tracking & Reporting



Track daily spends and flag over/under-delivery to the senior team. Assist in preparing daily/weekly internal performance summaries and update client-facing trackers.

Knowledge & Learning



Stay updated on platform policy changes, new ad features, and emerging trends across Meta & Google ecosystems. Actively participate in internal learning, reviews, and feedback loops.

Key Skills:



Ad Platform Experience

: 1-2 years working in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (campaign creation, asset structuring, reporting).

Attention to Detail

: Excellent ability to QA campaign settings, budgets, and performance data.

Structured Thinking

: Comfort with following and enforcing frameworks, naming structures, and test protocols.

Basic Analysis Skills

: Ability to read dashboards and flag deviations in key metrics.

Clear Communicator

: Can document issues concisely and escalate problems constructively. *

Reporting Tools

: Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, and comfort using ad platforms' native reporting.
