in managing digital campaigns across platforms like
Instagram, Facebook, and Google
. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of product-based marketing, be comfortable with basic video editing, and possess a strong sense of audience engagement and branding.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media trends, digital storytelling, and performance-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid and organic campaigns on
Instagram, Facebook, and Google
.
Develop engaging content ideas aligned with the brand's goals and audience.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI and engagement.
Perform basic
video editing
for reels, ads, and promotional posts.
Coordinate with the creative/design team to develop campaign visuals and copy.
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, conversions, CTR, etc.).
Manage and grow the brand's presence across all major social media platforms.
Assist in
email marketing, SEO, and influencer collaborations
when required.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 year of experience
in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of
Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads campaigns
.
Hands-on experience in
Meta Ads Manager
and
Google Ads dashboard
.
Familiarity with
basic video editing tools
(Canva, CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush).
Understanding of
product campaigns
and digital brand positioning.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Additional Requirements:
Basic knowledge of
SEO, SEM, and content marketing
will be an added advantage.
Experience with
Google Analytics
or similar tracking tools preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-changing digital trends.
