Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Display Ads, PPC).
Manage and optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and implement strategies to improve website ranking.
Drive lead generation through targeted digital strategies.
Social Media Management
Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).
Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and grow online community presence.
Track trends, hashtags, and develop viral-ready campaigns.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to deliver impactful posts.
Public Relations (PR)
Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and PR content to promote the brand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and bloggers.
Support events, product launches, and campaigns with PR coverage.
Manage brand reputation, monitor media mentions, and handle crisis communication if required.
Align PR strategies with digital marketing initiatives to ensure consistent communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and PR.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to multitask and manage campaigns across multiple channels.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer, Canva/Photoshop.
Creative, analytical, and up to date with digital and PR trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
