Roles and Responsibilities: -

Collaborate with client to understand project requirements and user needs, translating them into compelling design concepts. - Design and develop responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility. - Utilize Custom CSS, CSS preprocessors like SCSS and LESS, and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS to create visually stunning and consistent designs. - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and usability testing. - Implement best practices in responsive design to ensure optimal user experience across devices and screen sizes. -Apply knowledge of CSS architecture principles to create scalable and maintainable CSS codebases. -Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experience. - Implement best practices in UI/UX design, focusing on usability, accessibility, and user engagement. - Optimize web interfaces for performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experience across devices and screen sizes. - Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs, providing guidance on HTML structure, CSS styling, and JavaScript functionality. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design and UI/UX design, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. -Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing web interfaces, making improvements as needed to enhance user experience and performance. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the design team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. -

2-4 years of experience in web design, HTML development, and UI/UX design. - Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Extensive experience with Custom CSS, CSS preprocessors (SCSS, LESS), and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS). - Solid understanding of responsive design principles and techniques. -Knowledge of CSS architecture principles and best practices. - Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma is good to have. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,792.12 - ₹35,000.00 per month
