Shift

:

1. To develop 3D models in Revit based on drawings and engineering specifications.
2. To coordinate models with architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, and other mechanical, electrical, and piping (MEP) disciplines.
3. To resolve clashes and coordination issues to ensure clash-free IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings.
4. To prepare and extract shop drawings, layouts, sections, and 3D views from Revit
5. To update drawings as per site requirements.
6. To maintain proper revision control and documentation.
7. To use of levels, grids, and reference planes properly while working in live models.
8. To follow the project Building Information Modeling(BIM) standards, naming conventions, and modelling guidelines.
9. To perform self-checks to ensure accuracy, construct-ability, and quality of models and drawings.
10. To support site and engineering teams with technical clarifications and updated drawings.
11. To assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and models after project completion.

Requirements:

1. Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
2. Experience working in a single centralized Revit model with interconnected views and drawings.
3. Proficiency in automatic coordination between plans, sections, elevations, and 3D views.
4. Strong understanding and hands-on experience in parametric modelling.
5. Exposure to clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
6. Familiarity with automatic generation of schedules, quantities, bills of quantity (BOQs), and material take-offs (MTOs).
7. Experience in drawing extraction from Revit to AutoCAD.
8. Familiarity with creating new Revit families and modifying existing families as per project requirements.
9. Capability of enabling 3D visualization, walkthroughs, and presentation views.
10. Self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge:

1. Well-versed in all commands, tools, and operations of Auto desk Revit.

2. Strong knowledge of BIM used for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

3. Good understanding of plant engineering concepts and experience working on multiple building sites.

Preferred Knowledge:

Exposure to AutoCAD will be an additional advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
