Experience designing conveyors / material-handling systems / equipment
Ability to independently:
Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials)
Draft drawings & create models/assemblies
Perform basic calculations (e.g., bending radius)
Make material-selection & treatment decisions (including hardening, heat-treatment concepts)
Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Responsibilities:
Design conveyors/material-handling equipment & systems from concept through modelling, assembly and drawing generation
Ensure design meets manufacturability and material/processing requirements (heat treatment, hardening, etc)
Coordinate with production/manufacturing teams (for the Pune/Kasurdi location)
Maintain accurate BOMs and ensure components match design intent
