About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Junior Data Analyst

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with data, performing analysis, and generating insights to support business decisions. You will assist in collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data, while collaborating with senior analysts and business teams to improve performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Support senior analysts and management with data-driven decision-making. Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Assist in preparing presentations and analytical summaries for business stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to understand data needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics

, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and familiarity with

SQL

or

Python (Pandas, NumPy)

for data analysis. Basic knowledge of

data visualization tools

(Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and ability to explain data insights clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or prior experience in data analysis or reporting. Knowledge of

data cleaning and transformation techniques

statistical analysis

and

data modeling concepts

.
