Role Overview:
We're looking for a
Customer Support Agent
who will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience across all communication channels -- including chat, WhatsApp, calls, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, chat, and phone.
Assist customers with order placement, delivery tracking, and product-related queries.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring timely resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (delivery, operations, etc.) to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to improving LILO's service quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in
Malayalam
(spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Prior experience in
customer support
,
food delivery
, or
e-commerce
is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy.
