We are an innovative skin, beauty & wellness brand headquartered in Pune, operating an e-commerce platform with multi-brand retail services across India and a signature facial spa (skin studio). We are a dynamic team looking to grow our physical presence and expand to Mumbai & Delhi.



As a Customer Service Associate, you will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.

Key Roles & Responsibilities



Customer Communication:

Communicating with customers for all general queries on

various platforms

- socials, WhatsApp, calls, emails, and in person.

Technical Coordination:

Addressing and resolving technical skincare inquiries by coordinating with internal teams.

Order Management:

Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Support in creating draft orders.

Record Maintenance:

Maintaining customer records and ensuring personalized customer engagement.

Issue Resolution:

Logging and tracking customer service issues and errors, and following up until resolution.

Trend Reporting:

Aggregating and reporting on customer service trends quarterly to sales, technology, design, and merchandising teams.

Profile



Experience

: Minimum 1 year in customer service, customer interaction, or any customer facing role.

Industry

: Beauty, Skincare, Wellness Retail, Hospitality, Ecommerce preferred.

Skills

: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in English.

Degree

: Graduate in any of the following fields: liberal arts, English literature, psychology, marketing, hospitality, or health and wellness.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,604.27 - ₹33,412.39 per month
