: 0 - 4 Years in counseling, sales, academic advising, or a related field

Qualification

: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, Marketing, or similar preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

:

Student Counseling

:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about courses, colleges/universities, and career opportunities. Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs. Handle walk-in and online inquiries professionally

Lead Management

:

Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or WhatsApp. Maintain a strong follow-up cycle to convert inquiries into enrollments. Update CRM system with all interactions.

Admissions Support

:

Guide students through the admission & documentation process. Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for smooth onboarding.

Market Intelligence

:

Stay updated with industry trends, new courses, and competitor offerings.

Skills

:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. Good command of English and local language(s). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Personality

: Confident, empathetic, patient, and persuasive.
