Job Title: Junior Conference Producer

Location: Bangalore, Kalyan Nagar

Role Overview:

The Junior Conference Producer will support the end-to-end development and delivery of high-quality B2B conferences, summits, and roundtables. This role involves market research, content development, speaker acquisition, agenda design, and project coordination to ensure each event delivers exceptional value to attendees, sponsors, and partners. The ideal candidate is curious, research-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about business trends, innovation, and event creation.
Responsibilities:

Research & Content Development Conduct in-depth industry research to identify key market trends, challenges, and opportunities within target sectors. Develop compelling conference themes, session topics, and content pillars aligned with audience needs and sponsor goals. Create event agendas featuring high-level speakers, case studies, and thought leadership sessions. Speaker Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify, approach, and invite senior-level executives, thought leaders, and industry experts to participate as speakers or panelists. Maintain ongoing relationships with speakers and moderators, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction pre- and post-event. Coordinate with the marketing team to manage speaker announcements and promotions. Event Planning & Coordination Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution. Support logistics, session planning, and on-site coordination when required. Prepare speaker briefing documents, session outlines, and timelines. Marketing & Sales Support Provide input for marketing collateral, event copy, and promotional content to ensure alignment with event positioning. Assist in developing partnership or sponsorship propositions that align with the event's content and audience profile. Support lead generation by identifying key target companies and contacts. Post-Event Analysis & Reporting Gather feedback from speakers, delegates, and sponsors to evaluate event performance. Contribute to post-event reports and data analysis for continuous improvement. Maintain databases of speakers, partners, and prospects for future events.
Requirements:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in conference production, business research, events, or media (fresh graduates with strong research skills are encouraged to apply).
Skills & Attributes

Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable ideas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination abilities. A self-starter with a proactive mindset and passion for business events.
