Job Title: Junior Collection Executive

Reports to: Collection Manager/Team Lead

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Junior Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from customers, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining a positive customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collection Calls: Make outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments, address queries, and resolve issues.

2. Payment Follow-ups: Send reminders, emails, and messages to customers for payment follow-ups.

3. Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information on loan repayment options.

4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment history, and collection efforts.

5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly collection targets, ensuring timely payments and minimizing delinquencies.

6. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or sales.

3. Skills:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

4. Behavioral Traits:

- Result-oriented and target-driven.

- Good team player with a positive attitude.

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional demeanor.
