About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Junior Client Success Executive

to support our clients and ensure they receive maximum value from our products/services. In this role, you will assist the Client Success team in managing customer relationships, addressing queries, coordinating onboarding, and helping drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and support requests. Assist in onboarding new clients, including account setup, product walkthroughs, and documentation. Maintain strong client relationships by regularly following up and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to resolve client issues efficiently. Monitor client usage and highlight opportunities for upselling or improvements. Track and record customer interactions in CRM systems. Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-up communication for clients. Identify potential risks with clients and escalate them to senior team members. Support in gathering client feedback and sharing insights with the product/service teams.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Btech ,Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Min 6 Months of experience in customer service, client support, or account management (freshers welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Pay: ?8,918.60 - ?23,761.37 per month
