Profile: Jr. Civil Engineer-Environmental-Surat-40k
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years mandatory hands-on site execution experience
Salary Range: 30k to 40k
Roles:
Lead execution of civil works for industrial, commercial & institutional projects
Manage projects from initiation to closure with focus on time, cost & quality
Supervise P.E.B. structure erection and coordinate with MEP teams
Review tender documents, drawings and approved designs for site execution
Handle site documentation, billing, reconciliation and progress reporting
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and clients for smooth execution
Conduct daily site review meetings and weekly contractor meetings
Resolve site-level issues related to drawings, manpower and materials
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, accounts, planning) for project completion
Travel to project sites (mainly Surat & Dahej) as required
Qualification:
Education:
BE/ME (Civil) preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong
Strong experience in industrial factories, warehouses, buildings & commercial projects
Sound knowledge of PEB structures & MEP coordination
Experience in handling multiple sites and teams
Good communication, leadership & coordination skills
Willingness to travel frequently (Surat & Dahej primarily)
