Assist in site supervision, quality checks, and daily coordination for real estate construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in site execution as per drawings & instructions
Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing work
Conduct basic quality checks and report issues
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
Take measurements and maintain site records
Prepare daily progress reports (DPR)
Ensure safety and cleanliness at site
Support senior engineers in planning and supervision
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of civil construction
Ability to read drawings
Good communication and coordination
Problem-solving attitude
Willingness to work on-site
Qualifications:
Diploma / BE Civil Engineering
Freshers encouraged; real estate experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
