Pearl Enterprises is looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support construction projects with site supervision, RCC works, quantity take-offs, basic RA billing, and AutoCAD drawings. The role provides hands-on learning under senior engineers and exposure to BOQ, BBS, client billing, and overall project management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in site supervision of RCC, structural, and finishing works
Support senior engineers in preparing BOQs, BBS, and RA bills
Take measurements and help in material/labour tracking for client billing
Read and interpret construction drawings and AutoCAD plans
Ensure site work follows design specifications, quality, and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, site staff, and internal teams
Maintain proper site records, daily reports, and documentation
Assist in preparation of quantity estimates and cost tracking
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma)
0-2 years of experience (freshers may apply)
Basic knowledge of RCC work, site supervision, and construction methods
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office
Understanding of BOQ, RA billing, and client billing processes is a plus
Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
Exposure to quantity estimation and measurement procedures
Knowledge of safety practices at construction sites
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
