Job Description

Assist in executing daily site activities as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedule. Supervise and monitor Mivan shuttering, RCC, and finishing works to ensure quality and timely completion. Check reinforcement, formwork, concrete quality, and finishing materials before execution. Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow. Track material usage, verify quantities, and ensure proper storage and handling at site. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, checklists, and work measurement sheets. Support the billing and planning teams with required site data and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times. Assist in resolving technical/site-related issues under the guidance of senior engineers.

Requirements:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in high-rise residential projects. Sound knowledge of Mivan, RCC, and finishing activities. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
