We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in the real estate and construction sector. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in civil engineering, working under the guidance of senior engineers to contribute to the successful execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Project Planning and Design:
Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and review project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct Site Inspections:
Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and identify potential issues.
Prepare Documentation:
Assist in the preparation of technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Coordinate with Contractors and Subcontractors:
Facilitate communication between project teams and external parties to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure Compliance:
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
Provide Technical Support:
Offer technical assistance to project managers and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction-related roles.
Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
