Job Description

Effectively controlling wastage of Materials by comparing and analyzing the actual Quantities with the help of available Architectural Drawings and material specification. Preparing Monthly reports to attend Monthly Review Meetings regarding current work Status, material status, contractor's issues and other issues. Subcontractors quantity verification with safety and quality. Supervision & Execution of Site, Estimating Material Quantity. Coordination & Working for submitting tenders, Billing, Preparation of BOQ. Execution of inspection according to Quality Plan applying appropriate inspection Procedures/techniques. Manage the site team & Labours.
