WE ARE HIRING Designation :- Jr Civil Engineer : Real Estate Location :- Kothrud Pune Maharashtra Salary :- 15,000 To 30,000 Per Month Education :- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Eligibility : Only Males Experience :-
  • Total Experience : 3 Years with civil field
  • Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Previous internship or relevant work experience in civil engineering or real estate development is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects related to real estate development.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges.
  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for project materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Support project documentation and record-keeping, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to senior engineers and project managers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction techniques.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and design.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb934,506.10 per month Schedule:
