We're hiring a

Jr. BDE

with experience in the

IT industry

and hands-on exposure to

Upwork or similar platforms

. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for client engagement and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads through Upwork and other online platforms. Communicate with international clients and understand their project requirements. Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations. Maintain client relationships and follow up for project closures. Support senior team members in business development activities.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in IT sales or Upwork handling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of IT services and digital solutions. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
