Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Junior Business Development Executive (Jr. BDE)

with at least 1 year of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

online bidding platforms

and strong exposure to

lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

for IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through platforms such as

Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, and other portals

Generate qualified leads using

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

and other professional networks Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for accurate proposals Draft and submit competitive proposals, quotations, and follow-ups Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely conversion Communicate effectively with international and domestic clients Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a BDE in the IT industry Proven experience in

bidding on Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, and similar portals

Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

for project sourcing Good understanding of IT services such as

web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, etc.

Strong

English communication

(written and verbal) Good negotiation and follow-up skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in dealing with international clients Basic understanding of proposal writing and costing Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong analytical and research skills

Pay: ₹12,154.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
