We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Business Analyst - Sales / Marketing / Operations
to join our growing consulting team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in business consulting, project execution, and data-driven sales analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Assist consultants in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Conduct research and prepare background materials for project proposals.
Prepare weekly tasks and the monthly review sheet.
Manage project documentation and deliverables according to timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Sales and operations, to ensure successful project implementation.
Track project deliverables and report any roadblocks or deviations.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the project objectives.
Client Understanding
Participate in client meetings and interviews to understand their business challenges.
Analyze the client's products and services to understand their unique selling points, sales terms, and offerings.
Identify key business challenges hindering sales growth.
Develop process flowcharts and use case diagrams to map client processes.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the project objectives.
Data Gathering and Analysis
Define data requirements based on project needs and scope.
Analyze sales processes, workflows, and pipeline management practices to identify bottlenecks, roadblocks, and areas for improvement.
Research competitors' offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Identify areas for improvement in sales efficiency, lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Identify emerging market trends and customer needs that present opportunities for the organization.
Visualize data insights using charts, graphs, and other informative formats.
Solution Development and Implementation
Prepare reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase deal size.
Draft presentations and reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential impact.
Provide on-site assistance to the client's sales team throughout the implementation process to support the successful execution of the plan
Ensure all deliverables are finalized, knowledge is transferred, and project documentation is archived.
Candidate Profile:
Educational Background:
MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Required)
Experience
: 0-2 year's experience
Skills
: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, Strong time and task management capabilities
