About Us:
Data Driven Foundry setting up its own accelerator and building products. We are focused on launching a business focused on data and tech services. You would be part of the consulting side of the business where we offer services to other firms. Your aim is to keep the founder\'s workload from consulting the least possible so they can set up the venture fund and accelerator side of the business. What We Want The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working on company\'s operations in various business areas . Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, startegizing for Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing. Other responsibilities include building proposal and evaluating in a cross-functional environment. Familiarity with Reorganization/restructuring of the processes as per the needs is required. You should be able to gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations. You should also possess qualities like Stakeholder Management and have experience with Vendor Management. Knowledge and expertise in Client Operations and Management is a must. Expertise in Analytical tools is a plus point. You will be reporting to manager daily and collect updates from associates, use and update reporting structure for better tracking. You\'ll be expected to make Reports associated with the business operations.

Qualification and Experience Should possess Bachelor\'s Degree or Master\'s Degree Preffered 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst ,Consultant, Manager , or any other related field Roles and responsibilities

• Create supply chain management strategies between sales operations and delivery operations that increase efficiency and speed.
• Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity of delivery team
• Train and mentor employees for project development
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups for the Delivery ops team
• Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
• Focus on cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with client requirements, company policies, and industry standards
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders

• Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the company
• Evaluate company systems and current processes and Compile objectives for improving company procedures.
• Develop custom PowerPoint and Google slide presentations, templates, and content.
• Oversee Multiple departments and bridge their communication and facilitate the process.
• Demonstrate and apply solid knowledge of management frameworks
• Skills of JIRA , PMP , BPMN2 , Scrum , and process flows needed, training will be provided.
