Business Analyst

with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT industry to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Create BRD, FRD, SRS documents, workflow diagrams, and use cases. Coordinate with development, design, and testing teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Understand client needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and propose effective solutions. Support project planning, progress tracking, and ensure timely delivery. Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Business Analyst in the IT industry. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis. Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Office, or similar. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (MBA in IT/Business Management is a plus).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
