Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Jr. Business Analyst

to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver effective IT solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Work closely with sales, design, development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation Involvement in pre-sales and post-sales product development Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, execution, and issue resolution Support project managers in scope management and change requests Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders Ensure solutions align with business goals, timelines, and budgets
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies Experience with requirement gathering techniques (workshops, interviews, documentation) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge in Agile/Scrum projects Knowledge of APIs, databases, or basic technical architecture
