Profile: BIM Modeller

Job Responsibilities:


Create initial REVIT Project setup with workflow documents.


Initiate Model for each project and prepare for production team.


Provide BIM/REVIT project kick-off information.


Work as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results.


Daily modeling production and do the qc of the productions.


Provide REVIT Architecture and BME desktop support.


Over-the-shoulder training, developing and shadowing to co-team members.


Content creation: Families such as parametric, formula, nested and schedules.


Work with architecture disciplines on content received and update them as per the

BME's Standards.


Support linked views and others in multiple models situation.


Integration of REVIT products with other applications (AutoCAD, Takentool,

Dynamo).


Working knowledge of BIM industry workflows, production cycle and priorities.


Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.


Experience with multiple BIM/CAD roles: training and support mentor, project team

member and strategic leader.

Requirements :

1) Proficiency in Revit Architecture

2) Hands on experience in working on Revit Architecture and AutoCAD (Residential & Commercial

modelling)

3) Good Interpersonal and presentation skills

4) Able to understand work requirements quickly

Education : Diploma or B.E in Civil Engineering

Experience : 6 month to 1 year

Salary Criteria: 18,000 to 25,000 per month

Job location : Thaltej, Ahmedabad
