Designation Name: Bench Sales Recruiter Experience: Min 1yr - Max 5 yrs Salary: 1.8 LPA - 4.5LPA + Incentives Qualification: Any Graduates Work Type: Work from office : \xe2\x97\x8f Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1/ H1 Transfer/ H4 EAD/ OPT/ CPT/ GC, and US CITIZEN) \xe2\x97\x8f Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp 1099. \xe2\x97\x8f Must have a good understanding of the US staffing business, sales and recruitment process. \xe2\x97\x8f Must be capable of identifying new clients (tier-1 vendors direct clients) and also need to have a good network of tier-1 vendors\xe2\x80\x99 direct clients for providing staffing solutions. \xe2\x97\x8f Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Must work in US Time zone (CST) \xe2\x97\x8f Must be having strong interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent English communication skills (Oral and Written). \xe2\x97\x8f Must be willing to work in Night Shifts. \xe2\x97\x8f Expert in job portal searches like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn etc. and other networking methods and marketing of candidates on bench via requirements received in email, dice, techfetch, etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Submit the candidates for the suitable positions and follow up with Vendors on Phone or mail regarding the rates and client interviews. \xe2\x97\x8f Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent Interpersonal skills and prior experience in interviewing the candidates on basic skills sets is a must. \xe2\x97\x8f Marketing the consultant resumes of different skill sets and placing them mainly on a C2C basis. • Monday to Friday
• Night shift
