- Must have 0-1 year of Sales experience in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities in both spoken and written English are essential.
- Excellent cold-calling skills.
- Familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment tools such as MS Office, Google Suites, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Marketing our Bench Consultants (EAD/ H1B, GCs, and US CITIZEN).
- Working directly with Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners/Direct Clients, understanding their job requirements, and finding matching profiles from the existing bench team.
- Searching for requirements on job boards and submitting the resume.
- Communicate with the consultants daily and update them about submissions and interviews.
- Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and close the candidate.
- Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice Monster to source requirements for Candidates.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and placing top talent and acquiring new clients and vendors.
- H1B sponsorship for suitable candidates who align with our values and contribute to our dynamic team.
