Marketing Operations Executive Location: Gurgaon Type: Full-time At Unthinkable, we've launched an ecommerce platform which helps manufacturers break into the online D2C world. And we're looking for a Marketing Ops Executive who can keep those engines running smoothly. What You'll Do Ensure all Meta campaigns for our sellers are launched, monitored, and optimized on time Track and maintain shipment health reports for seller orders, identifying delays or bottlenecks Coordinate between the creative team and performance marketing team to ensure timely delivery and deployment of assets Maintain and regularly update seller campaign trackers, budget sheets, and ad performance reports in Excel/Google Sheets Support the seller growth team with insights and follow-ups to improve performance outcomes What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, performance marketing, or digital marketing Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments Bonus: Familiarity with WhatsApp automation tools (like Interakt, WATI, etc.)
