JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Position : Jr. Assistant Project 2. Qualification : Graduate 3. Experience : 1-5 Years with at least 1-2 Years in Computer Work 4. Posting at : NSP, Pitampura, New Delhi 5. Salary : 8-20K per month RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Update for customers queries and answering customers enquiries about the ask. 2. Lead Management through Google Spreadsheet 3. Agreeing and confirming work progress with customers & services provider. 4. Preparation of checklist of work daily and its processing for payments. 5. Reporting quality complaints from customers with subsequent follow up and closure of complain Raised. 6. Create Google form for getting details about participant for any events. 7. Provide forecasts for planning 8. Good Communication skills for talking politely & Writing skills for documents emails. 9. Basic knowledge of Social Media Facebook, Insta, LinkedIn etc. 10. We need for term basic, Salary no Bar.
