Role Description Scaler is seeking a Jr. Art Director for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The Jr. Art Director will work closely with the creative department to develop and execute compelling designs and visual concepts for a variety of digital and print materials, including but not limited to email campaigns, social media content, and web assets. The Jr. Art Director should be adept at analyzing content requirements, aesthetically designing graphics that align with the project vision and ensuring confirmation to design standards, and will report to the Senior Art Director. Qualifications A bachelor\'s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Art, or a related field Proven experience with contemporary design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma A creative portfolio that demonstrates a sophisticated aesthetic and practical experience with a diverse range of graphic design projects, including but not limited to social media, web pages, advertisements, packaging, and branding Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines Experience collaborating in a team environment with other graphic designers, writers, and other creative staff A proactive attitude, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques and technologies in the industry
