Roles and Responsibilities

Excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create design on conversation with team or client Visit the site to get ideas about the design, measurements and inspections.

Proficient in Autocad, sketch up, Rendering, excel & presentation .

Understand project requirements and concepts Know how to create drafts, models and prototypes Provide accurate, detailed, and to scale drawings Preparing costing estimations by using excel. Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to handle stressful situations and strict deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E (civil) or B. Architectural Preferred from Modular furniture / Modular Kitchen / Interior background only. 1-2 years work experience as a Architects/ Designer, or a similar role. Proficient in Autocad, sketch up, rendering, excel & presentation . Experience in Lumion is an added advantage Certification in Autocad, sketch up , rendering added on advantage. Good time management and organizational skills Strong communication skills -verbal & written. able to join immediately.
