Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Design Architect to develop high-quality 3D visualizations and architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to translate concepts into realistic 3D presentations. Knowledge about aera statment and feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models, walkthroughs, and renderings for architectural projects.

Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, and presentation drawings.

Convert 2D drawings into high-quality 3D visualizations.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction detailing.

Good knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and space planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
