Assist senior architects and interior designers in developing
concept designs
, space planning, and layout options.
Prepare
2D drawings
, including floor plans, furniture layouts, RCP, sections, and detailed interior drawings.
Create
3D models and renderings
using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or equivalent.
Coordinate with the design team to develop
construction drawings
and detailed shop drawings.
Conduct
site visits
, measure existing conditions, and support site coordination activities.
Work on
material selection
, mood boards, presentations, and BOQs.
Assist with
client presentations
, documentation, and design revisions.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants when required.
