Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Architect

to assist in the design and execution of interior and architectural projects. The role involves supporting senior architects and designers in developing concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring that project deliverables meet design intent and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing

concept designs, space planning, and presentation drawings

. Prepare

detailed working drawings, layouts, and 3D views

for interior and architectural projects. Coordinate with

senior architects, interior designers, and site supervisors

for smooth project execution. Conduct

site visits

to monitor progress, check dimensions, and ensure design compliance. Prepare

BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

and assist in material selection and specifications. Coordinate with

vendors, consultants, and contractors

for design implementation. Support in

client presentations

and update design revisions based on feedback. Maintain project documentation and drawing records.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office

, and basic rendering software. Understanding of

architectural detailing, interior finishes, and materials

. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects. Attention to detail and design accuracy.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

or equivalent.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
