Position: Jr. Architect
Location:
Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience:
1-3 years in architecture, real estate, or construction
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing architectural designs, layouts & working drawings.
Support in creating 3D visualizations & presentation drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors & project teams.
Ensure compliance with building codes & regulations.
Assist in space planning, material selection & design optimization.
Work closely with site engineers for execution & quality control.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
3-4 years of experience in architectural design or construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop & Revit.
Strong design & technical skills with attention to detail.
Having Knowledge of municipal approvals, UDCPR & DCR.
Ability to work on multiple projects & meet deadlines.
