Position: Jr. Architect

Location: Nagpur

Company: Constructions Co. (Ngp) Pvt. Ltd.

Industry: Real Estate (High-Rise Apartments & Township Projects)

Experience: Minimum 4+ years (Real Estate/High-Rise Projects is a must)

Salary: ?4.2 - 6.0 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design for high-rise and plotted development projects.

Prepare concept & working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, Photoshop.

Ensure compliance with UDCPR, BPMS, sanctioned drawings, DCR, and NBC regulations.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscaping consultants.

Handle site inspections and ensure adherence to design & quality standards.

Prepare documentation for authority approvals.

Mentor junior architects and support project teams.

Candidate Profile:

B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution.

5-8 years' experience in architecture (real estate or construction).

Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and design software.

Sound knowledge of Nagpur's local building norms and environmental clearance processes.

Excellent design sense, communication skills, and client handling abilities.

Knowledge of green building norms (GRIHA/LEED) is a plus.
