We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Junior Architect (male candidate preferred) with 1-3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The selected candidate will support the design development and execution of architectural projects across multiple sectors, from initial concept through construction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an emerging professional to gain practical exposure to project coordination, client engagement, and collaborative studio work.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead or assist in developing design concepts and translating ideas into creative, practical, and buildable architectural solutions.
Produce and manage high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials to effectively convey design intent.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documentation, and specifications in compliance with applicable building codes and statutory requirements.
Coordinate and compile submission drawings and documents for statutory approvals and authority clearances.
Work closely with structural, MEP, interior design, and quantity surveying teams to ensure well-integrated and coordinated project outcomes.
Participate in and represent the studio during client, consultant, and coordination meetings, supporting clear communication and smooth project delivery.
Carry out periodic site visits to review construction progress, verify design intent, and document various stages of execution.
Assist in preparing detailed site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
Research and incorporate innovative materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design strategies aligned with project objectives.
Actively contribute to design discussions, internal reviews, critiques, and brainstorming sessions.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and contribute to knowledge sharing within the studio.
Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, accuracy, and accountability in all deliverables.
Take initiative in managing assigned tasks, timelines, and deliverables with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
1-3 years of relevant professional experience in an architectural practice.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction methodologies.
Good verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Progress toward architectural licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
Immediate availability to join is required.
