Design Development Develop 2D, 3D CAD drawings for building structures, interiors and exteriors Ensure drawing comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards Collaborate with project and site engineers to finalize design Maintain an organized Documentation Client interaction Assist in BOQ Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical clarification. Conduct Site visit to verify measurements and design accuracy Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans based on specification provided by clients
Qualification:

Architecture and architectural design skills Project management skills Strong analytical and problem solving skill Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project. Presentation skill
