Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated

Junior Architect

to assist in designing, developing, and coordinating architectural projects. The candidate should have a strong design sense, knowledge of construction techniques, and proficiency in design software.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and presentations. Work on conceptual layouts, space planning, and detailed drawings under the guidance of the senior architect. Support preparation of municipal drawings, approval documentation, and coordination with consultants. Assist in creating 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using appropriate software. Conduct site visits for design supervision and coordination with the execution team. Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates. Ensure design compliance with local regulations, codes, and client requirements. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for integrated project development.

Requirements

B.Arch degree from a recognized university 0-2 years of experience in architecture or internship in a similar role Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit (preferred), and MS Office Strong design and visualization skills Good understanding of building materials and construction techniques Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with KMBR/KPBR and local building regulations Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation and estimation Interest in sustainable and context-sensitive design

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
