Job Description

We are seeking a

Junior Architect / Draftsman

to join our design and construction team for high-rise residential and commercial developments. The ideal candidate will assist senior architects and project managers in preparing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring design compliance with building codes and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing

architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings

for high-rise buildings. Develop and update

2D and 3D models

using

AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

. Support the design team in preparing

conceptual layouts, presentation drawings, and submission documents

. Coordinate with

structural, MEP, facade, and interior teams

to ensure seamless integration of all disciplines. Prepare

construction and shop drawings

as per site and consultant requirements. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from senior architects, clients, and authorities. Conduct

site visits

to verify drawing accuracy and assist in resolving on-site design issues. Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and technical data. Ensure that designs comply with

local development regulations, DCR, NBC, and fire safety norms

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (for Junior Architect)

or

Diploma in Architecture/Civil Drafting (for Draftsman)

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

Revit

,

SketchUp

, and

MS Office

; knowledge of

Lumion, Enscape, or Photoshop

is an added advantage. Understanding of

structural systems, core layouts, parking layouts, and service floor coordination

. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with

BIM workflows

and

Revit family creation

. Knowledge of

building bylaws

,

FSI calculations

, and

submission drawing requirements

. Experience in preparing

GFC (Good for Construction)

and

tender drawings

. Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
Experience

2-5 years of experience

in architectural design or drafting, preferably in

high-rise residential or commercial projects

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
