About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled

Architect

who can efficiently manage both

design development

and

on-site coordination

. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, technical knowledge of construction, and the ability to bridge communication between the design studio, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine architectural designs from concept to execution. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integrity. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent. Resolve on-site technical and design issues in real time. Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation. Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Proven experience in both

design documentation

and

site coordination

. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design tools. Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and construction processes. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualities:

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. A proactive and design-driven approach to challenges. Experience in residential/commercial/institutional projects (as applicable).
