Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
Maintain and update records, files, and documentation
Perform basic data entry and work on Excel spreadsheets
Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing of documents
Support office staff in routine operational work
Help manage office supplies and inventory
Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when required
Assist in organizing meetings, setting up conference rooms, etc.
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of common office areas
Run office errands or visit external offices/vendors within the city as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum education: HSC (12th pass) or higher
1+ years of experience in an administrative/support role
Basic computer knowledge - MS Office (especially Excel), email handling
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Willingness to travel locally for office-related work
