Key Responsibilities:
Create
Proforma Invoices
and convert them into
final invoices
accurately.
Record and maintain
sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions
on a regular basis.
Perform
bank reconciliations
and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Carry out
ledger scrutiny
and assist in maintaining accurate accounting records.
Work on accounting software such as
Zoho Books
and
QuickBooks
for day-to-day accounting activities.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting processes and timelines.
Handle work pressure efficiently and
meet deadlines
consistently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with
Zoho Books
.
Working knowledge of
QuickBooks
is preferred.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Enthusiastic about learning new technologies
and accounting tools.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Candidates who are eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
