Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Maintain and reconcile client accounts.
Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and update financial reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
Team Support:
Collaborate with the accounting team on various projects.
Provide support during audits and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (OR)
Freshers can also apply
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
Familiarity with accounting software Zoho Books.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
