Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update records of all statutory payments and ensure timely processing.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system.
Track petty cash expenses through the OMNI Card system and handle related processing.
Prepare OMNI Card Expense Statements for submission to the Accounts Department.
Verify and prepare monthly Credit Card Expense Statements and submit them to Accounts.
Create Purchase Orders in the ERP system for Credit Card-related purchases.
Track monthly purchases and coordinate with vendors/Admin team to collect tax invoices on time.
Assist with any additional administrative tasks or ad-hoc assignments.
