Job Brief


We are looking for a Junior Associate Accounts Payable to handle, prepare, and manage all accounting and financial data, in order to supervise & record all transactions on a daily basis.

Job Function:

• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Manage the expenses of the company
• TDS knowledge and ability to calculate TDS under the correct sections
• Handle Company Accounts on Tally
• Management of petty cash
• Preparation of MIS reports and run-rate sheets
• Adequate knowledge of EPF and ESIC and calculations along with Filing
• Should be able to read and understand financial statements
• Managing Company Secretary requirements
• Preparing board resolutions
• Adequate knowledge of Income Tax
• Managing audit requirements
• Operational Tasks and dealing with dealers, suppliers, vendors.
• Procurement of supplies for all the campuses
• Added responsibilities of managing the campus

Skills Required:

• Graduate with strong academic records with 1-2 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills, solve problems, and set priorities
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Should know intermediate/advance Excel and Tally
• Should be a great team player
• Should have good mathematical skills
• Should be able to negotiate very well with vendors
• Should be able to assess time vs. money at all times

Qualification:

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant work experience
